Mission
St. Louis Wellness Equipment Lending Program provides
Home Medical Equipment (HME) to whatever individual in need at no commit or
fee.Our program
is a new solution to an old trouble faced by individuals and their caregivers
in the metropolitan St. Louis area. St. Louis Service receives donations of novel
and exploited HME from individuals and businesses. The organization refurbishes and
cleans the equipment and so loans the equipment, at No cost or fee, to
community members both young and old from all walks of animation. The uninsurable,
underinsured, disabled, elderly and their caregivers (an much overlooked
group) are at particular risk of facing barriers to accessing HME. These
unsafe populations continue to experience reduced access to health guardianship
services demonstrating a continuing want for a strong and viable safety net

power wheelchairs, scooters, canes, crutches, walkers, exhibitor chairs, tub
transfer benches, grab bars, elevated toilet seating area, portable commodes,
wheelchair ramps, seating cushions, back supports/positioning devices, salad dressing
AIDS, electric hospital beds, van lifts, lift chairs and stair lifts.
